Eurobox has been Polands leading corrugated packaging manufacturer for several decades and is looking for a new employee for the following position.

IT Manager

Main tasks:

1. Implement the Division IT strategy
2. Establish and enforce IT processes - asset records, access, file structure, IT security policies
3. Manage and develop the companys IT infrastructure in Poland
4. Manage and control the purchase, use, and maintenance of IT and telecommunications equipment
5. Oversee network and telecommunications services from external companies
6. Ensure the human and material resources for the operation of the unit
7. Lead and provide professional support to the IT colleagues assigned to the unit
8. Ensure compliance with data protection rules
9. Prepare, monitor and implement the IT business plan and investment plan
10. Represent the organisation to divisional and group IT organisations

Requirements:

1. University degree in engineering, preferably IT
2. Min. 5 years of professional experience, min. 3 years management experience in a manufacturing company
3. Fluency in English (Polish is essential)
4. Good communication and team leadership skills
5. Customer-oriented mindset
6. Precise, creative and solution-oriented personality
