Your new role
We are seeking an experienced manager to drive the future of mobile applications, ensuring their quality, security, and exceptional user experience. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and shape innovative digital solutions within a global organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead development and maintenance of mobile apps for Android and iOS
Ensure reliability, security, and compliance of delivered solutions
Oversee project execution and coordinate application changes
Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver new features
Supervise testing, validation, and quality assurance processes
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and technology contracts
Build strong teams and develop specialist competencies
Contribute to transformation and strategic programs
What you'll need to succeed
At least 8 years of IT experience in complex organizations
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing 20+ people
Hands-on experience with mobile or digital platforms
Strong knowledge of software development and agile practices
Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor partnerships
Fluent English; knowledge of Java, Kotlin, or Swift is an advantage
