Job Description

• Manage the local IT team and oversee external outsourcing partners, ensuring compliance with Group IT standards and delivery of agreed service levels.
• Leading the transition of local IT infrastructure and services to a cloud-based environment.
• Oversee incident, change, and escalation processes, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Lead IT projects with security and governance compliance.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external providers for effective collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

• IT leadership experience in a multi-site organization.
• Practical experience with cloud technologies and migration.
• Very good command of English.
• Experience managing third-party providers and SLAs preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
