• At least 2 years of experience managing development teams (minimum 20 people).
• Knowledge of e-commerce, staying updated with industry trends, and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and IT system architecture in the context of e-commerce.
• Experience in designing and overseeing IT architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of e-commerce systems.
• Strong communication skills, familiarity with Scrum/Agile.
• English level: B2.
