The IT Manager ensures the delivery of reliable, high-quality IT support across all clinics and business units, addressing the needs of medical staff, patients, head office teams, and regulatory bodies.
The role focuses on integrating global and regional IT strategies into local operations, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling business growth and scalability.
responsibilities :
At least 5 years equivalent experience in information technology (experience in a healthcare industries will be an asset)
Managerial experience in the IT field of a company with a decentralized multi-branch structure
Experience with digital transformation with special focus on software development and systems integration
Solid IT expertise, including hands-on knowledge of IT systems, networks, software applications, hardware, and emerging technologies
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Server and client products
Familiarity with healthcare-specific ERP technologies, compliance requirements and IT challenges, including Electronic Health Records, data protection, system integration, and digital transformation
Good knowledge of ERP solutions and BI tools. Familiarity with Optimed (Comarch systems) will be an asset.

Manage the development, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems (including the local information system and integration with Group systems) while meeting NHS requirements
Support regional IT teams in cross-functional projects (system integrations, hardware migrations, network upgrades, and new technology deployments)
Collaborate with local leadership to identify, prioritize, and implement process automation initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining workflows
Oversee cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring seamless clinic operations and modernizing legacy systems
Maintain cybersecurity protocols, protecting sensitive data in compliance with regulatory and industry standards
Ensure adherence to all internal and external IT regulations, including those specific to healthcare
Build, develop, and lead an IT team that achieves strategic objectives and delivers operational excellence
Manage the IT budget, procurement, and local IT services
