About the Project

We are looking for a Senior Lead - IT Applications with skilled and detail-oriented professional to ensure compliance, optimize software usage, and lead conversations with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. This role is critical for managing and negotiating IT contracts, maintaining an overview of software and hardware products, and driving continuous improvement in the IT landscape.

Your Responsibilities

• Overview of all Software products
• Ensure compliance with software use
• Investigate and optimize the use and payment of software licenses
• Engage with the business about the use and need for software products
• Provide input to the IT applications team on how to optimize software products
• Manage all contracts in Global IT, including a yearly schedule for contract renewal
• Engage with the business about the use of software and hardware
• Participate in dialogue with suppliers and contract negotiations

Our Requirements

• Experience with software licenses and license policy
• Knowledge of Microsoft licenses policy
• Experience with contract negotiations
• Ability to provide overview and structure
