The opportunity

As IT Innovation Lead for Manufacturing & Quality (EMEA region), you will take responsibility for identifying opportunities for innovative solutions related to manufacturing and quality areas. You will define the scope of delivery in collaboration with stakeholders, coordinate delivery with the relevant IT and business teams, and ensure delivery of the agreed scope within the approved budget.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Identify innovation opportunities for digital technologies in Manufacturing & Quality areas
  • Act as a Technology Evangelist by demonstrating technical possibilities to business units
  • Prepare business and technical concepts of potential solutions
  • Coordinate Proof-of-Concept (PoC) preparation in collaboration with IT teams
  • Drive technical discussions between factory teams and within IT organization
  • Take responsibility for technical analysis and estimation processes
  • Manage backlog, coordinate development and pilot deployments
  • Coordinate work with other IT teams and external vendors to deliver solutions
  • Organize on-site workshops for factories focused on ideation and project realization
  • Propose how solutions could scale and how they should be maintained

Your background

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality or Continuous Improvement in the manufacturing field
  • Experience in Digital Quality Control and Predictive Maintenance is a plus
  • Good understanding of IT and OT convergence in the manufacturing area
  • Good communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Good analytical skills to understand and gather requirements.
  • Education or experience in a relevant area as per role requirements.
  • Willingness to learn and to find and test new tools.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
