Analyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components and issued by users
Performing operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)
Cooperation with other support teams within entire organization
Building-up and contributing to Knowledge Base
Wymagania
IT support experience
Deep technical knowledge in one or more from the following areas Windows Servers, Unix/Linux, Virtualization (VMWare), Storage and Databases (MS SQL, Oracle),
knowledge of IT infrastructure
very good English (written and spoken)
