As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will ensure stable, secure, and scalable IT operations across the CEE region. You will work hands-on with network, system, and end-user infrastructure, provide 2nd-level support, and take ownership of documentation excellence. You will also act as a senior technical partner to junior team members and collaborate closely with our International IT team in Switzerland.
responsibilities :
Maintain, optimize, and enhance LAN/WAN infrastructure (Cisco, Meraki) with a focus on reliability and future development.
Administer both on-premise and Azure Active Directory; manage SharePoint storage; support end-user environments (Windows, Apple, Android).
Maintain and support network infrastructure for retail locations (Meraki Firewalls, Access Points, Switches; Printers; CCTV; POS from the network perspective).
Provide 2nd-level support across the CEE region, ensuring high user satisfaction and service excellence.
Act as a senior technical resource, supporting and guiding junior colleagues through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation: architecture diagrams, configuration records, SOPs, and user manuals.
Collaborate with International HQ IT (Switzerland) and local departments to align on infrastructure standards and technology roadmaps.
Evaluate and propose new technologies to improve scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure support or engineering roles.
Mandatory hands-on experience from Service Desk or End-User Support environments.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Professional certifications (Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft, ITIL) are highly valued.
Experience in retail IT is a strong advantage,
