Responsibilities:

1. Implement and manage Microsoft ACL table for file/folder permissions
2. Design and maintain Active Directory Architecture
3. Configure Microsoft clustering for high availability
4. Perform performance monitoring techniques on server software and hardware
5. Resolve server hardware and software issues remotely
6. Manage VMWare virtualization

Qualifications:

1. Experience with various server and storage hardware types including discrete servers, blade servers, and Storage Area Networks
2. Proficiency with Active Directory tools and utilities, including VMWare management console
3. Understanding of EMC SAN Storage hardware
4. Knowledge of network and SAN switching technologies
5. Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to work in a global operation 24/7
7. Adherence to company standards and procedures
8. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in IT: Windows Servers and Virtualisation.
