responsibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the schools IT infrastructure
• Oversee network, servers, workstations, and core IT services
• Provide and coordinate IT support for staff and students
• Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of laptops and desktops
• Ensure security, backups, and data protection procedures
• Work with external vendors to maintain network, printers, and AV equipment
• Manage IT inventory, software licenses, and technology assets
• Participate in IT projects and technology improvements
• Support the implementation of educational and business software
• Help maintain a reliable and user-friendly IT environment for the school community

• Experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations
• Good understanding of networking (LAN, VPN, firewall basics)
• Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / workplace tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience supporting end users in a professional environment
• Good English and Polish communication skills
