Implementing, maintaining and improving the local IT infrastructure (Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Tablets and smartphones). Perform routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as backups, patch management and hot fixes, Security review.
Provide 2nd level IT support for L&S CEE employees in the following areas: Microsoft suite of products, Laptops, Desktops and mobile devices (both Apple & Android) products along with other varied hardware and software.
Creation of detailed user manuals and accurate systems documentation
Evaluate future technologies and make recommendations for software and hardware upgrades.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. Experience with managing teams across multiple locations is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Proficiency in network and server management, experience with Hyper-V, Windows Server, Active Directory, and network hardware.
Experience in providing 2nd level support for a diverse range of hardware and software.
Excellent communication skills in English – must have.
Ability to create detailed user manuals and technical documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse root causes and evaluate multiple options.
Proven ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), ITIL) are highly desirable.
Mobility: Willingness to travel within the CEE region as required.
