IT Lab Compute team provides support and services for Intels products development and validation in lab environments. You will work as part of the team in Gdansk and focus on internal lab infrastructure and computing environments.

Please note that this is on-site role based in Gdansk . While there is a certain flexibility, the position requires to work predominantly from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide lab infrastructure support for the local site and region
2. Collaborate with internal user groups on requirements and solutions
3. Define, acquire, deploy and maintain lab physical and virtualized environments
4. Monitor and respond to complex issues and requests
5. Coordinate downtimes and changes
6. Ensure security compliance
7. Contribute to automation and standardization

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. BSc degree in Computer Science or similar
2. Understanding of computer networks and key technologies of IT environments build out
3. Knowledge and practical experience in deployment and administration of Windows and/or Linux Operating Systems
4. Interest in automation and related experience
5. Good level of English for effective verbal and written communication

Preferred Qualifications:

1. MSc in Computer Science or similar
2. Hands-on support experience in data storage and virtualization areas
3. Scripting/System Programming experience (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
4. Broad IT infrastructure solutions knowledge Containers, Configuration Management and Monitoring solutions
