Dormer Pramet is looking for an IT Infrastructure and Security Architecture Manager.

This position can be located anywhere in Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Malaysia or India.

JOB SUMMARY

At Dormer Pramet, IT is positioned as a trusted technology partner and efficient service provider to the business.

The primary role of the IT Infrastructure & Security Architect is to ensure alignment between the Infrastructure and Security areas architecture and IT landscape with the overarching IT strategy, thereby supporting the businesss ambitious expansion goals. This managerial role is part of the IT Management team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and maintain short-term and long-term target architecture and transition plans for designated areas.
2. Collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders within IT and the business to ensure seamless alignment and integration of designed architectures.
3. Develop a global roadmap for infrastructure, security, and end-user computing areas and drive its execution in collaboration with stakeholders.
4. Maximize the availability, quality, and efficiency of critical services within the respective areas.
5. Forecast and manage financial and non-financial investments, maintaining allocated budgets for designated areas.
6. Lead and manage teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant task delivery.
7. Act as an IT project manager for the implementation of relevant solutions as required.
8. Manage vendor relationships and negotiations to ensure high-quality and efficient fulfillment of agreements.
9. Provide architectural guidance and input to stakeholders and projects.
10. Oversee operations across sites, including production infrastructure, security, and end-user computing.
11. Design governance processes for infrastructure, security, and end-user computing.
12. Manage architectural deviations and exceptions.
13. Lead and facilitate the development of the team.

PROFILE

1. A degree in a relevant field and previous experience as IT Infrastructure & Security Architect would be an advantage.
2. Possess strong business acumen with a customer-centric approach.
3. Proficiency in agile methodologies.
4. 10+ years of experience in Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure areas.
5. Demonstrated experience in designing and executing Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security architectures.
6. Hands-on experience in Azure/AWS/SAP cloud environments.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
