responsibilities :
Acting as the first line of IT support for the Rebel Wolves Team (1st and 2nd line, both on-site and remote support);
Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and office equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, accessories, conference room hardware);
Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and small repairs/upgrades (yes, screwdrivers will be involved);
Resolving incidents reported by the team, documenting activities in Jira, and escalating when necessary;
Maintaining full ownership of tickets throughout their lifecycle;
Taking on additional tasks aligned with your interests and project needs.
requirements-expected :
At least 2-3 years of experience in similar role;
Good knowledge of Windows Domain (what it is, how it works, adding users, modifying groups);
Windows 11 expertise – ability to quickly diagnose and fix issues;
