responsibilities :
Provide technical support to end users for software, hardware, and network issues
Maintain IT security standards in collaboration with cybersecurity teams
Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests according to SLAs
Manage user rights and groups within Active Directory
Plan and implement software and hardware update policies
Support specialized IT systems as part of first-line Helpdesk support
Prepare, configure, and secure IT equipment and accessories
Manage IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories
Assist users both remotely and on-site in Warsaw and Kraków
requirements-expected :
Youre ideal for this role if you have:
3+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role
Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows operating systems and common software applications
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or equivalent industry certifications
Experience managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes
Ability to diagnose and resolve LAN and WiFi connectivity issues
Experience working with IT security policies and best practices
Experience collaborating with external vendors for hardware and software support
Willingness to continuously improve IT support processes and contribute to knowledge base development
Strong communication skills in Polish and English
