• We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of IT Helpdesk

• Provide support for Windows 10/11 and MacOS systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MS Office, Teams, and other office software.
• Support and diagnose issues with Android and iOS devices.
• Perform basic computer hardware repairs and upgrades.
• Manage and maintain printers, including toner replacement and paper jam resolution.
• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting for computers and mobile devices.
• Work under pressure to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers, including non-technical users.
• Collaborate with other teams on IT projects.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and security policies.

• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Teams.
• Familiarity with MacOS.
• Good understanding of Android and iOS device management.
• Ability to diagnose and repair computer and mobile device issues.
• Practical experience with printer maintenance.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Communicative English (minimum B1), Russian is a plus.
