• Provide 1st line support – troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Respond via ticketing system, chat, email, or phone
• Work with 2nd and 3rd line support for complex issues
• Maintain documentation and equipment inventory
• Install software, operating systems, and perform basic repairs
• Diagnoses system errors and other issues
• Writes and keeps up to date training manuals and documentation

• Experience in IT helpdesk (international company preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills with both PC and Mac
• Good spoken and written English
• Familiarity with smartphones, networks, and basic IT tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows Server administration
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Knowledge of troubleshooting Windows 10
• Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP).
• Experience with IT equipment setup
