• Four year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, a related discipline or equivalent experience is desired
• 1-2 years of IT customer service or a related discipline experience
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong systems and process orientation
• Must be comfortable working remotely and lack of face to face time with colleagues and managers
