The role is based within the Chief Technology Office (CTO), TBM & FinOps team, and reports to the head of the TBM Office (TBMO). The team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the ApptioOne system in support of IT Financial Management for CTO. The system is used to manage internal cost recovery and application insights and is a key component of On Premise FinOps at HSBC.
As a Apptio Technical Support within this team you will be directly responsible for ApptioOne system logic, while analysing and standardising data inputs from a variety of other IT systems to build high quality and actionable data insights which will help HSBC improve financial and carbon efficiency across its IT Infrastructure.
responsibilities :
Hold accountability for aspects of the existing ApptioOne model at HSBC.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with technology specialists and be the main point of contact for their ApptioOne integration and reporting needs.
Analyse and troubleshoot existing ApptioOne configuration for improved accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Finance, Procurement, and Business units, to drive alignment of initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
Identify, develop, and execute opportunities to optimize costs, maximize value, and improve overall efficiency for on-premise infrastructure.
