Report and solve failures / problems related to the warehouse system
Unblock / set up e-mail accounts
Create logins in the warehouse system
Do the configuration of RDT scanners
Be involved in the installation of software required for everyday use, e.g., MS Office, Windows, browsers and PC devices, printers, scanners, laptops, new workstations
Check the condition of devices in the warehouse
Assist and solve current IT problems reported by CEVA employees
Manage relationships with IT vendors providing services to the site
requirements-expected :
Minimum 1 year of experience at a similar role
At least pre-intermediate level of English language
Computer and MS Office proficiency (good knowledge of MS Excel)
Very good communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy
