- Report and solve failures / problems related to the warehouse system
- Unblock / set up e-mail accounts
- Create logins in the warehouse system
- Do the configuration of RDT scanners
- Be involved in the installation of software required for everyday use, e.g., MS Office, Windows, browsers and PC devices, printers, scanners, laptops, new workstations
- Check the condition of devices in the warehouse
- Assist and solve current IT problems reported by CEVA employees
- Manage relationships with IT vendors providing services to the site
- Minimum 1 year of experience at a similar role
- At least pre-intermediate level of English language
- Computer and MS Office proficiency (good knowledge of MS Excel)
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy
