responsibilities :
Overall, you can look forward to conducting feasibility studies in the pre-project phase to evaluate the viability of IT projects and initiatives. This will give you the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide recommendations. In addition, you will handle our vendors, making sure all parties are aligned regarding deliverables. Besides this, your responsibilities will be:
Analyzing market trends and competition to identify potential opportunities
Developing reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior management
Developing cost estimates for IT & Automation deliverables for the projects for use in the funding process
Ensuring compliance with Arla IT standards and requirements, both in the solutions proposed in the feasibility reports, in the requirements in the User Requirement Specifications (URS), and in vendor discussions concerning contract deviations from Arla IT standards and requirements
Contributing to the development of project plans and timelines
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
During the development phase, the Feasibility Specialist will drive the projects from an IT perspective before handing over the project to an IT Project Manager for the execution phase.

You have an educational background in automation or experience in the area. You are an excellent facilitator with a flair for technical solutions. The role entails many situations where you will communicate with different stakeholders, both internal and external. Therefore, you possess strong communication skills, which you use effectively in facilitation situations. You enjoy interacting with people and being part of a team. We expect that you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and that you work in a structured manner.
Naturally, you speak and write English effortlessly.
