Detailed description of work task to be carried out

Job Summary:

The IT Execution Leader will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing 2 projects from inception to completion. This role combines the responsibilities of a SCRUM Master and an IT Project Manager, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, project management, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting agile best practices and methodologies.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Track and report on project metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Manage project resources, including allocation, utilization, and capacity planning.
  • Drive the adoption of agile tools and techniques to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Description of knowledge and experience

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a SCRUM Master and IT Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including SCRUM, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in agile and project management tools and software (JIRA, PowerPPM).
  • Certification in SCRUM (e.g., Certified SCRUM Master) and Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
