We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Execution Leader to manage and oversee two dynamic projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will combine the responsibilities of a SCRUM Master and an IT Project Manager, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a SCRUM Master and IT Project Manager with a successful track record of project delivery. 
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, including SCRUM, Kanban, and Lean. 
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. 
• Proficiency in agile and project management tools (JIRA, PowerPPM). 
• SCRUM certification (e.g., Certified SCRUM Master) and Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
