Design and implementation of data models and cross-departmental data collection frameworks to support automated, transparent, and customer-accepted billing processes
Development and maintenance of internal interfaces for systems such as Alice, MetaDir, BRM, PCM, and SAP, based on SQL
Design and optimization of asset lifecycle management and billing processes in MetaDir with focus on catalog-based and pay-per-use models
Development of consumption-based billing (CBB) concepts and solutions
Creation of dashboards and reporting tools using PowerApps and Power BI
Contribution to enterprise-wide data architecture initiatives
Coordination between service units for billing, ensuring traceability and transparency of data flows
Enhancement of data quality via automated “Trusted Source” comparison processes using MetaDirectory based on SQL
Continuous development of MetaDir functionalities, including:
Portfolio & Catalog Management (PCM)
Business Relationship Management (BRM/CCM)
requirements-expected :
Degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with 6+ years of relevant professional experience
Strong expertise in:
Requirements engineering
Databases (e.g. MS SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access)
SAP systems
Programming & scripting languages
Data integration and ETL processes
Application and system integration
Proficient in:
SQL
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
Familiarity with IT standards and frameworks:
ITIL, Six Sigma, Compliance, Reporting, IT Security
Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
