We are currently looking for an experienced IT Director to join one of our clients teams.
As an IT Director, you will lead and oversee the software engineering department, driving strategic initiatives to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborating with executive leadership, you will align engineering objectives with business goals, ensuring the scalability and performance of software products.

responsibilities :

Develop and implement the overall software engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with company vision and objectives
Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and product quality
Work closely with Product Management and Operations teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines

requirements-expected :

Proven experience in IT management or software engineering leadership roles
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and modern engineering practices
Familiarity with technologies such as AWS (including AWS Cloud Services), MS SQL, MongoDB, Aurora, C#, MVC, Angular, and DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, and others
Knowledge of tools for collaboration and project management such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma
Exceptional team management and mentorship skills
Ability to strategize and align technical initiatives with business goals
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Residing in Poland required
