Working Environment: As an IT Development – Team Member, you will hold responsibility and accountability to plan, build, deploy & run the IT Solution RB-SRM (Robert Bosch-Strategic Supplier Relationship Management).
Robert Bosch Supplier Relationship Management (RB-SRM) is the obligatory Bosch Solution for an integrated supplier management and part of the Source 2 Pay End2End Solution Cluster. With a wide range of functions all areas of the Supply Chain within purchasing & procurement, quality and logistics are covered.
From operative processes like contracts- and certificate management, or the logistic complaint notifications till the strategic elements of supplier management like supplier evaluation, supplier ratings and the supplier pyramid RB-SRM supports 12.000 users worldwide by actively developing the supply chain.
In an international setup, you work in a deeply integrated customer purpose team together with Bosch Digital, Global SErvices and external colleagues.

We are responsible for the Operations Management and Architecture
We drive all Source 2 Pay related IT-projects for Global Services
Supporting the Development Lead for plan, build, deploy & run for the IT Solution RB-SRM (Robert Bosch-Strategic Supplier Relationship Management).
Managing the customer requirements, including input for IT Products/Services development.
Pro-actively consulting our partners at Global Services (Purchasing) in optimizing the Solution (technical, commercial) and in regard to standardization
Integrating IT Products/Services into customer’s environment according to customer specific needs to create required benefit for the customer
Managing IT Solution’s dependencies and integration of involved IT Products/Services in close alignment with relevant Product/Service Owners. You take over accountability for interfaces.
Contracting dedicated and extended team members
Supporting the Development Lead to take over responsibility and coordinate all technical developments of the IT Product/Solution incl. releases together with external supplier which is responsible for the implementation
Assessing customer requirements from a technical perspective with respective effort estimations
Participating in tier 3 IT Product/Solution support activities including incident management, the assessment and delivery of application upgrades and patches
Documenting specifications and support the creation of operational support manuals during the technical implementation
Taking over responsibility for interface implementation and documentation
requirements-expected :
University degree
Know-How in Monitoring (NewRelic, Kibana)
Knowledge of Databases, MS SQL, SOAP and REST Web Services, APIs
