IT Delivery Manager / Release Manager
Location: Wrocław, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Polska
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT projects in accordance with the organizations project management methodology.
- Oversee release areas, including a dedicated team of developers.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date project schedule.
- Manage resources assigned to the project and monitor their allocation.
- Collaborate with external suppliers.
- Manage project risks and changes, maintaining relevant registers.
- Work closely with other internal units on project execution.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in banking, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT project/release/delivery manager.
- At least 2 years of experience as an administrator, programmer, or technical leader.
- Knowledge of Release Management processes.
- Understanding of IT project management and software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience in programming and application design.
- Support the team in developing technical solutions.
- Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) and proficient in English (technical documentation reading).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Open-mindedness, flexibility, and ease in establishing contacts at various organizational levels.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, on-call, and participate in weekend implementations.
