We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior IT Delivery Manager. The candidate must have experience in managing E2E complex IT products running in SAFe / Agile frameworks. Yo will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall delivery of the Team.

Your responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate current delivery processes, identify challenges, suggest solutions, and oversee the rollout of improvements.
• Supervise the activities of the globally outsourced team operating under a Managed Service model, ensuring they align with team strategy and deliver high performance; escalate potential risks to management.
• Partner closely with the IT Product Owner to support the execution of backlog tasks.
• Coordinate with the Operations Lead, Scrum Master, and vendor-side Delivery Lead to ensure effective delivery and successful implementation of enhancements.
• Serve as a strategic member of the team, accountable for all aspects of delivery including planning, execution, and review phases.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product and take appropriate measures to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Work in close collaboration with Business Stakeholders and IT Product Management, building a relationship based on trust and shared goals.
• Oversee team resources managed internally, optimizing resource allocation in partnership with the IT Product Manager.
• Manage the budget for the initiative, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring efficient use of the annual budget.
• Collaborate with the IT Product Owner, IT Product Manager, and Data & Analytics teams to align product roadmaps and synchronize cross-product deliverables upstream.

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing complex IT products and projects within SAFe / Agile frameworks
• Ability to assess processes, identify issues, and implement improvement solutions
• Experience overseeing global and geographically distributed teams and driving strategic initiatives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
• Knowledge of SAFe and Scrum frameworks is a must
• Experience of working in or managing data management delivery teams.
