Your responsibilities Building, maintaining, and fostering business relationships with C&F clients, Assisting with strategic technology offerings for C&F clients, Leading the dev team, including: active participation in recruiting team members, planning and defining career paths, conducting annual performance reviews, reviewing the teams activities, Organizing processes and resources to promote effective collaboration, Overseeing and guiding project teams, fostering an environment of growth and positive interaction, Acting as the clients point of contact for project issues, with proper skillset to lead projects as a Project Manager, Managing financial aspects of projects (budget monitoring, burndown, and forecasting) and ensuring required revenue and margin. Our requirements A solid understanding of Data & Analytics type of projects (you should be able to discuss clients’ challenges and solutions, but don’t need to deep dive into the technical details), Minimum 5 years of practical experience in team/people management, Experience in leading projects (e.g., as a PM or Delivery Lead) and working with international clients, Strong communication (verbal and written) and leadership skills, Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on T&M projects where results matter, proven by proper certifications, Proficiency in creating and managing project documents, including SOWs, A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills, Ability to work independently and take initiative, Very good command of English (C1–C2) and Polish.
