For our client, one of the Global Pharmacy Company, we realize a recruitment process for IT Delivery Lead role.

Expectations:

• Higher Education level within IT or Project Management or other similar fields are preferred 
• At least 5 years of experience within the roles connected to IT project delivery connected to digital transformation 
• Experience with leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects 
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and IT Service Management - understanding of IT systems and software to support scalable solutions 
• Having soft skills connected to strategic thinking, leadership, project management, problem-solving and decision making, communication and presentation 
• Excellent English communication skills both written and reading - working within international/global environment on daily basis

,[Facilitate end-to-end delivery of digital and IT products (planning, development, testing, release) using the most appropriate framework (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Team of Teams, Prince2). Monitor progress, quality, scope and budget; track risks and implement mitigation strategies. , Drive continuous improvement in ways of working and team performance (e.g., process mapping), promote best practices, and support onboarding to foster collaboration and learning. , Act as the primary link between teams, product owners, business units and external partners: manage communication, changes and stakeholder expectations, and resolve conflicts to maintain alignment and cohesion. , Translate business needs into IT deliverables to ensure solutions support organizational goals; validate that stakeholder requirements are met through effective delivery. , Remove impediments and optimize team productivity by ensuring teams have necessary resources and applying targeted improvement strategies. , Depending on seniority, support multiple teams and/or assume product ownership responsibilities (backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment). , Apply the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle to structure delivery, continuously review and refine processes, and document lessons learned. , Cooperating with the teams in the fields of patient care  Requirements: Project Delivery, Scrum, Agile, Prince2, Team Leadership Tools: Agile, Scrum.
