Your responsibilities

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Be a competent support regarding procurement systems and applications
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support in German and English
Communicate and build a good relations with team and our customers
Acknowledge and resolve customer requests
Fulfill requests with accuracy and attention to details
Maintain process database and documentation
Cooperate with colleagues from the team and other departments to provide the best service
Participate actively in the IT community

Very good German skills
Good English skills
Previous experience in customer service/IT support will be an asset
High interpersonal and communication skills
