Due to the constant growth of our services, we are now seeking exceptional individuals for a hybrid support for one of our clients in Cracow as an:

IT Coordinator – Product and Process Technology

Scope:

The IT Product and Process Technology Team engages with business stakeholders to understand the processes and requirements of the team in charge of materials & chemistry research, IP management and consumables development, as well as manages the respective IT Services and participates in the business projects.

The IT Coordinator will support the Team with tasks specified below.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help with the tasks related to the Software Asset Management and Software life-cycle
  • Engage with business stakeholders to collect the demands, support the process of Software Board Assessment and Approval as well as follow up on pending users requests
  • Translates business requirements in functional specifications for software configurations
  • Support technical aspects of software package solutions, e.g. upgrades, server migrations and other small technical items.
  • Follow and contribute to PMI software engineering and cybersecurity standards and practices
  • Assist with data storage and archiving activities
  • Contribute to the ongoing projects addressing business needs
  • Adheres to engineering architecture and toolsets for software package solutions and products
  • As part of Agile product team, translates user stories recorded in the product backlog into actionable technical requirements (features) and works on their implementation.
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (core support hours 10 AM - 4 PM)
  • Location – Krakow, Poland

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • English level: B2
  • Knowledge in DevSecOps (eager to learn and discover new tools like Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Service Now) - is an asset
  • Experience in Chemistry and Materials research - is an asset
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud - is an asset
  • Knowledge in Windows OS (workstation & Server) including understanding on Active Directory - is an asset
  • Integration technologies (API, ETL, ESB, Message Server) - is an asset
  • Knowledge in DevSecOps - is an asset
  • Knowledge of Scrum Master - is an asset
  • ITIL Foundations - is an asset
