The person in this role is responsible for managing contract and procurement processes related to IT system implementations (from analyzing cooperation terms, through negotiations, to finalizing agreements) and oversees the consistency of contracts with project execution and settlements.
responsibilities :
Preparation, analysis, and negotiation of IT contracts (services, implementations, maintenance, licenses, SaaS)
Coordinating the contract process from initiation of cooperation to contract signing
Supervising the consistency of documentation and settlements: contract – purchase order – invoice – acceptance
Collaborating with IT delivery teams, finance, sales, and legal departments in preparing contracts and subsequent settlements
Maintaining order in contract documentation (repositories, annexes, registers)
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement / purchasing of IT services or contract management, including: preparation, analysis, negotiation, finalization, and maintenance of contracts
Very good knowledge of contract scopes: services, implementations, maintenance, licenses, subscriptions (SaaS), body leasing / time & material, fixed price
Business awareness: ability to assess the significance of contractual provisions, identify risks, and understand their impact on costs, timelines, and settlements
Knowledge of software lifecycle and technical support services (1st, 2nd, and 3rd line) in the context of SLA terms, availability, penalties, and liability
English proficiency at B2/C1 level (spoken and written), preferably with familiarity in contractual, financial, and legal language
Ability to conduct professional discussions and negotiations and build relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Assertiveness and ability to enforce agreements
Very good work organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
