In this role, you focus on designing robust Workday integrations, strengthening our security architecture, and driving continuous improvement to support QIAGEN’s future growth.
Your tasks include:
-You design, build, and maintain Workday integrations that support global HR processes and partner systems.
-You assess scope and feasibility for new integration needs and provide clear estimates and recommendations.
-You lead the full integration lifecycle – from requirements gathering to development, testing, deployment, and hyper care.
-You monitor and troubleshoot integrations to ensure reliable performance and data accuracy.
-You configure and maintain Workday security, including role-based access, domain policies, and business process permissions.
-You develop and optimise security groups and other security components in line with governance and audit requirements.
-You create and maintain clear documentation that supports quality assurance, knowledge transfer, and audit readiness.

requirements-expected :

You bring at least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI, APIs) and Workday security architecture.
You have proven experience designing, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday integrations in a production environment.
You demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities across integration and security topics.
You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
You work independently and take ownership in a dynamic, global environment.
