We are looking for an IT Collaboration Team Coordinator to oversee day-to-day management and administration of Collaboration related technology areas. This role is responsible for coordinating technical operations and projects, guiding team members, and ensuring consistent service quality and end-user satisfaction.
responsibilities :
Oversee daily administration, monitoring, and improvement of Office 365 and Azure services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online) including participation in migrations and new service design.
Develop and optimize automation and low‑code solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint tools) to enhance IT and business processes.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders on planning, designing, and implementing new technical solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, support knowledge sharing, and deliver training sessions for end users.
Lead, mentor, and develop the team by delegating tasks, resolving conflicts, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
Coordinate internal/external resources, manage team availability and maintain smooth operations aligned with SLAs.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT area, with supporting and implementing Office 365 services.
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing teams in a multinational environment.
