For our department IT & Digital Transformation at our location in Bydgoszcz (POL) we are looking for a reliable colleague who starts as

IT Cloud Expert

• Managing incidents, problems and requests in our service ticket system with ITIL foundation.
• Implementing and maintaining our M365 platform on Microsoft Azure, ensuring security, performance and availability.
• Providing first and second level support for our workplace devices, applications, and services, resolving issues and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborating with our IT team and external partners to design and deliver innovative and cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing, and recommending improvements and best practices.

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in cloud administration, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in M365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Experience in workplace support, including Windows 10/11, Office 365, and mobile devices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented attitude.
• A result-driven and open mindset, with the ability to manage uncertainty and adapt to changes.
• Experience with industry/ production specific IT systems and devices (e.g. GAMED, Dlogs, Noax) would be an advantage.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German would be an advantage.
