Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Global Category Manager(s) on Enterprise IT procurement (hardware, software, services, network, IT Security and mobility-phones)
- Collaborate with team members and suppliers/vendors across IT and other categories.
- Negotiate and report cost savings and rebates negotiated by Global Category Manager(s)
- Monitor and report on expiring contracts
- Initiate, support, and/or lead RFP/RFQ bids and analysis; handle supplier evaluation, qualification, selection, and development.
- Conduct negotiations, including Master Service Agreements.
- Deliver excellence in procurement activities and support Global Category Manager(s) through a structured category management process that includes spend analytics, strategy development, and negotiations.
- Use tools and techniques to profile, benchmark, assess supply chain risks and trends to ensure security of supply within assigned categories (e.g., SAP, Ariba, PRIME, WAVE, Spend Tool/Power BI).
- Manage spend through market and competitive analysis, create leverage and conduct professional negotiations to secure the best cost, quality, and service to meet business needs.
- Plan, align, and engage with your team to deliver desired results (annual and multi‑year savings goals and average payment terms).
- Perform supplier relationship management, tracking service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Support reconciliation activities relating to supplier accounts, develop and monitor action plans.
- Plan and participate in quarterly business reviews with preferred suppliers and Category Manager(s).
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve bottom‑line performance through sourcing projects, supplier communications, quality, payment terms, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement projects.
- Support and execute change management initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of applicable export control regulations to ensure compliance and follow corporate procedures, including ethical standards.
- Work closely with the Operational Pillar (Buyers) and Commercial Indirect Pillar (Indirect Sourcing Leads) to ensure effective execution of agreed category strategies.
- Support Global Category Manager(s) and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to align category and business objectives; gather stakeholder feedback via VOC (Voice of the Customer) satisfaction surveys and support the Management Operating System (MOS).
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 1+ years of indirect supply chain experience
- Experience with Professional Services categories – IT Software
- Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
- Innovative approach; consistently seeking creative solutions to optimize and streamline processes
- Expert in organizing workflows and ensuring delivery of high‑quality results
- Ability to manage stress and maintain professional composure while executing multiple requests and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical expertise with a focus on identifying trends and improving performance
- Solid business and financial acumen
- Exceptional communicator with a talent for fostering collaboration and aligning teams toward shared goals
- Experience pivoting strategies and maintaining focus amid evolving business demands
- Understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay processes including SAP/Ariba, ERP Systems and Cost Savings Tracking Systems (Wave)
- Culturally aware, international experience
The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 11,416 PLN to 14,266 PLN per month. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
