responsibilities :
Analyses business needs and requirements, translates them into user stories and business specifications.
Models and documents business processes, roles, data flows and value streams, ensuring clarity of objectives and priorities.
Collaborates with product owners and business experts on defining requirements and supporting software development.
Identifies and evaluates solution options, including analysis of existing systems and preparation of business cases or feasibility studies.
Contributes to system design, testing, quality assurance and change management activities.
Supports definition of transition roadmaps and organizational change processes, ensuring smooth implementation.
Drives continuous improvement by monitoring performance, analysing processes, and proposing enhancements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, or improve customer experience.
Works closely with process owners to design, validate and optimize end-to-end business processes.
Coaches staff on upcoming changes, helping to build new skills and adopt improved ways of working.
Communicates project objectives, benefits and scope to stakeholders, providing timely responses to business needs.
Supports strategic and tactical planning by assisting business users in developing strategies and implementation plans.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 8 years in IT, including at least 5 years as a Business Analyst.
Full lifecycle experience of software solution delivery (from analysis to deployment and support).
Proven track record in projects focused on business process improvement, ICT solution implementation with multi-level reporting, and business change management.
At least two recognized international certifications, such as: CBAP or equivalent, UML Professional (foundation) or BPMN 2.0 fundamental or other relevant.
Strong knowledge of business process modelling (BPMN), analysis notations (UML), and modelling tools (e.g., Sparx EA, ARIS).
Experience in business architecture modelling (value streams, capabilities, processes, information).
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and BABOK framework.
Skilled in requirements elicitation and analysis, user stories, project documentation, business cases and feasibility studies.
Practical experience in facilitating workshops, conducting structured/unstructured interviews and market research.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to solve problems and support decision-making.
