Within the role you will:

1. Be part of EUR Regional F&L IT team, under the guidance of the EUR Regional F&L Management Accounting Lead, based in Warsaw
2. Contribute to executing global IT strategy on regional level in EUR, working closely with the global IT Product teams and representatives of Management Accounting community across European markets
3. Deliver specialized support to European markets for product sustain, deployment, retirement and leverage/improvement projects
4. Communicate across several internal and external stakeholders of IT processes and initiatives (business FRMs, business representatives, internal and off-shore IT teams)
5. When required lead end-to-end delivery of complete or part of the initiatives
6. Provide technical and functional consulting support to individual markets and off-shore IT teams
7. Support escalations of IT technical incidents and directly contributing to resolutions of critical incidents
8. Contribute to building and maintaining internal best practices in your area of responsibility

Key Skills and Experience:

1. Overall good functional and technical knowledge of SAP Management Accounting modules, primarily in:
1. Product cost planning/ Material Ledger
2. Profitability analysis (Costing based)
3. Process integration
4. Period End Closing
2. Strong understanding of the practical aspects of Management Accounting planning and reporting business processes from the user and department perspective and ability to translate them into technical requirements (Good understanding of Finance Processes, will be an asset)
3. Understanding of SAP functionalities and business requirements related to Manufacturing and distribution costing processes including Material Ledger
4. Experience in Profitability analysis (Margin Analysis), Period End Closing optimization and automation, Central Finance will be a plus
5. Practical experience in working directly with Management Accounting business partners
6. 5 years of experience in similar positions
