Our client, an international company that manufactures advanced auxiliary modules and gas and chemical distribution systems for the semiconductor industry, is opening a new production site in Poland.

For over 20 years, as a leading supplier of metal modular 3D Strut solutions, they have catered to global clients, collaborating with top high-tech brands. They offer a wide range of personalized products, including all MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).

Due to the rapidly changing market, the company has decided to open a completely new production site in Gdańsk, expanding its presence in Europe.

What we expect

• Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT roles related to administration, end-user support, or software development
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++) and databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB)
• Experience in administering Windows and Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of networking and routing concepts
• Experience in managing cloud services in an organization
• Experience in administering ERP/WMS/MES/CRM systems
• Fluency in English

Your tasks

• Provide support in resolving technical issues and advising on best practices
• Conduct training, create documentation, and share knowledge to improve colleagues understanding of relevant technologies
• Participate in IT projects, provide information, and ensure proper implementation of technical aspects
• Coordinate with external suppliers to purchase tools/services and manage relationships to ensure smooth IT operations
• Ensure systems comply with security standards and regulations
• Track technological trends to recommend system improvements
• Support internal decision-makers by analyzing potential solutions and helping choose the appropriate IT development strategy
