IT Business Data Analyst

Location: Kraków (hybrid – 6 days per month in the office)
Contract type: B2B, full-time
Rate: 150–160 PLN/hour net

We are looking for a skilled Business Data Analyst to join the ESG Data team at a global financial institution. You will work closely with architecture and delivery teams to support projects involving big data, data cataloguing, and microservices-based applications. The role also includes collaboration with the ESG IT data ingestion team to build and deliver data movement pipelines.

• Experience in data analysis, ETL processes, and microservices

• Familiarity with modern data technologies (cloud, integration tools, streaming platforms)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Independent, creative, and flexible approach
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
