IT Business Consultant (Visualization, Industrial Design)

• Work as part of an international, agile team that collaborates to ensure the satisfaction of internal users spread across the companys global locations;
• Operational product maintenance (2nd/3rd line support, cooperation with Service Desk, monitoring of infrastructure and logs, user documentation, internal reporting, ensuring availability of installation scripts, contact with vendors and suppliers, optimization of license consumption);
• Change management, based on requirements from users and new features provided by the vendors;
• Support the testing of new versions, new features and bug fixes for owned products;
