responsibilities :
Monitoring PLM infrastructure and responding to problems to ensure product availability to users: hosts, network, services, licenses;
Work on user requests in 2nd and 3rd line support, with global scope of use;
Reporting of incident key performance indicators;
License management and usage reporting for PLM applications across our portfolio;
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of experience in using the Teamcenter application (Siemens PLM) and its administration;
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Nagios, Grafana, Datadog, etc. and experience in the area of observability;
Experience of FlexLM license infrastructure and license reporting systems such as Nexthink or OpenLM;
Knowledge of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product backlog management/prioritization, including the use of GIT, Jira and Sourcetree;
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team with shared responsibilities;
Fluent in English (written and spoken), German an added advantage.
