Join our Product Lifecycle Management team as an IT Business Consultant and help us optimize the digital tools supporting our laboratory management solutions.

• Consult with internal business units on the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Siemens Opcenter–based laboratory management solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Support the testing, validation, and approval of implemented IT solutions in close cooperation with business departments.
• Provide expert advice on process improvement and actively contribute to cross‑functional projects, committees, and governance boards.

• University degree in Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Siemens Opcenter (Verification & Validation domain preferred).
• Solid understanding of engineering verification processes and laboratory data management.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a structured and independent working approach.
• Curiosity, flexibility, and openness to new topics.
• Excellent command of German and English; at least communicative Polish.
• Residence in Poland and readiness for occasional international business travel.
