Position Description

1. Understand and clarify business need / demand
2. Regular IT planning based on overall QIAGEN business strategy and needs
3. Evaluate best-fit IT solution for QIAGEN and prepare business case, TCO etc.
4. Prepare informed decisions / decision papers for upper management
5. Maintain and update technology architecture documentation
6. Ensure alignment with all stakeholders like Cybersecurity, …
7. Support projects in the initial phase with selection of right approach and solution (drive HLD/LLD creation/review)
8. Work with EAM to integrate ITOI IT planning into overall DBS IT plans
9. Support SoW review

Position Requirements

1. Diploma in IT or technical domains
2. Fluency in English
3. Ability to analyze and model business processes
4. Deep analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations.
5. Experience of working on large-scale projects
6. Effective stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal and written)
7. Familiar with UML, BPML
8. Strong organizational skills
