-Diploma in IT or technical domains
-Experience of working on large-scale projects in a field of :Infrastructure or Data Centre or Network.
-Fluency in English
-Ability to analyse and model business processes
-Deep analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations.
-Effective stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal and written)
-Knowledge of UML, BPML will be an asset
