Proven Experience in user support and IT Tools: Hands-on experience in managing user requests and familiarity with tools like Remedy, ServiceNow, HPSM, or similar platforms.
Expertise in ITIL Practices: Understanding of ITIL principles in modern organizations, with practical experience in service management.
Agile Methodology Knowledge: Knowledge of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and expertise in product backlog management and prioritization.
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration within a team.
Willingness to Travel: Openness to domestic and international travel for interactive meetings with team members and key users, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Educational Background: University degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field that supports your ability to understand complex IT systems and processes.
