Your Daily Missions

• Define business needs for tax and compliance solutions (FATCA, CRS, financial reporting).
• Cooperate with QA team to create test cases ensuring compliance.
• Document new features with a focus on practical use and regulatory accuracy .
• Support training teams and clients on compliance functionalities.
• Support software implementation and user adoption .
• Collaborate with dev teams to ensure on-time, compliant solutions .

The Essentials We’re Seeking

• 5+ years in finance or financial IT, ideally with compliance experience.
• Strong skills in business analysis, functional specs, testing, documentation, and training.
• Detail-oriented, problem solver, able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Solid finance, accounting, and compliance knowledge, especially in FATCA, CRS, and FINRA.
• Excellent teamwork and communication, including client interactions.
